When someone asks Google AI for a business like yours, do you show up?

That question is becoming part of how people discover who to hire.

Google AI may be pulling from your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, service pages, directories, articles, and other signals connected to your business online.

If those pieces are clear and consistent, AI has a stronger foundation for understanding what you do and when your business may be relevant.

If the information is outdated, incomplete, or conflicting, it can be harder for AI to connect the right trust signals back to your company.

That is why AI visibility is about the full picture.

Your business information should work together across the places AI may use to form an answer.

If you want to know where the gaps are, start with your FREE Signal Sync™ AI Visibility Score.

Real estate agents, AI can make you a post in seconds. But how many different replies do you have to send the bot before it finally gets it right?

And let’s be honest, the quality can be a loud 🚩🚩🚩 that says, “this was made by AI” the second someone lands on your page.

I think your sellers deserve better than that. 👀

More agents are using AI to write captions, create graphics, and keep up with posting. The problem is that when everyone is using the same tools, the same prompts, and the same shortcuts, feeds start LOOKING and SOUNDING exactly the same.

Your listings deserve better than copy-and-paste marketing.

And with the schedule you already have, you should not have to become a content creator on top of being a real estate agent.

My social media management process is intentionally simple. I PROMISE. 🤞🏻

👉🏻 You text me the listing address and tell me what happened: new listing, under contract, sold, or open house.

That is it. 👌🏻

That same day, I turn it into professionally designed, custom-branded content and get it posted to your page while you keep doing what actually needs your attention: showings, clients, contracts, negotiations, and selling homes.

You do not have to open Canva.
You do not have to figure out what to write.
You do not have to remember to post it later.

📲 Send the text. I handle the rest. 👩🏼‍💻🫶🏻

If you have been relying on AI because you assumed outsourcing your social media would be expensive or complicated, I think you may be surprised by how simple the process can be.

Book a FREE consultation and I’ll walk you through exactly how it works.

For the business owner who knows there is more ahead, but still feels the fear of stepping into it.

There have been so many seasons in my business where I did not know exactly what was around the corner.

I did not know what Unsalted would grow into when I started it.

I did not know AI would become such a major part of how people search, make decisions, and find businesses online.

I did not know that my years in live event production would prepare me so well for the work I do now.

But I have learned this:

You cannot let fear of losing keep you from being willing to move.

Sometimes the next season only makes sense after you are already in it.

That does not mean moving recklessly. It means being willing to follow where God is leading, use the skills He has already built in you, and stay open to the opportunities in front of you.

That is a big part of how Unsalted has evolved.

From marketing and websites to AI visibility and Signal Sync™, I can see now how much of the foundation was already being built long before I knew where it was leading.

And I am really grateful I stayed willing to keep moving. 🤍

08/27/2026

If you have ever looked back and realized God was preparing you long before you understood what He was preparing you for, this is for you.

For 14 years, live event production was my world.

I loved it. I built my career there. I worked my way from Crew Chief to Project Manager to Producer, and I genuinely thought that was what I would do forever.

Leaving that industry was hard because I was not walking away from something I hated. I was walking away from something I deeply loved because I felt God leading me in a different direction.

At the time, I could not fully see how those years would connect to Unsalted Innovations.

Now I can.

Live events taught me how to manage complex systems, communicate clearly, solve problems quickly, understand technology, work with people, and see the whole picture while still paying attention to every moving part.

Those same skills shape how I approach business today.

When AI started changing how people search, create, and make decisions online, I did what I have always done. I started digging into how the pieces actually worked together.

That eventually led me deeper into AI visibility and to creating Signal Sync™, a framework built around bringing websites, messaging, structure, trust signals, search, and AI visibility into alignment.

Looking back, I do not feel like I left my first career behind.

I can see how God used it to prepare me for this one.

And that is a big part of the heart behind Unsalted Innovations.

I believe technology can be incredibly useful, but it should support the vision, not lead it.

God gets to lead the vision. Technology gets to support it.

If this resonated with you, I would love to know what part of your past makes more sense to you now than it did while you were living it. ❤️

I have been thinking a lot about what happens when every business starts using the same AI tools, the same prompts, and the same recycled language.

Everything starts to sound familiar.

That matters because your voice is part of how people recognize you, trust you, and decide whether they want to work with you.

AI can help you organize ideas, research faster, and support the work happening behind the scenes. It can also flatten your message if you let it make every decision for you.

Your business still needs to sound like the people behind it.

That is one of the reasons Voice Alignment is part of Signal Sync™.

AI visibility should help technology understand your business without stripping away the personality, experience, and humanity that make people want to choose you.

Visibility should never cost you your voice.

08/26/2026

What stayed with me from this voiceover was not the list itself but the reminder that the way I build my business matters just as much as what I build.

I have been thinking a lot lately about what stewardship looks like in this season of Unsalted Innovations and Signal Sync™.

I wanted to create something sustainable. I want Signal Sync™ to become a framework that genuinely helps small businesses navigate AI visibility and remain competitive as search continues to change.

But I also want to be careful about what kind of business I become while pursuing that growth.👩🏼‍💻

For me, success cannot only be measured by revenue, reach, clients, or how quickly the company grows. I want to be able to look at the work I am doing and know that I served people well, treated their businesses with care, told the truth about what AI can and cannot do, and used what God has given me responsibly.🤍

That is something I pray about often.🙏🏻

I believe God is my provider, and I see this business as something He has entrusted to me to steward. Every new idea, client, opportunity, and direction still has to pass through that understanding.

Especially as I build in an industry moving as quickly as AI, I do not want growth to make me lose sight of the people I originally wanted to help.🤖

I want small businesses to have someone in their corner who is paying attention to what is changing and asking, “How do we make this useful and accessible for them too?”🫶🏻

That is the business I want to keep building.

Thank you Ryan Blair for the original voiceover that prompted this reflection. I always appreciate content that makes me stop working for a moment and think more deeply about how I am leading.

Does Google AI actually understand what your business does?

That question matters because AI visibility is different from traditional SEO.

SEO has historically focused on helping your website rank for specific searches.

AI-assisted search is also trying to understand context.

It may be looking at your services, location, reviews, website structure, business profiles, supporting content, and outside mentions to figure out what your company actually does and when it should be included in an answer.

That means a business can have a beautiful website and still be difficult for AI to interpret.

This is why clarity, trust signals, extractability, voice alignment, and visibility structure all matter inside Signal Sync™.

Your online presence should make it easy for both people and AI to understand the real business behind the screen.

If you have never tested how Google AI describes your business, try it. The answer may show you exactly where your next visibility gap is.

08/24/2026

The goal is not to optimize for robots.

The goal is to make sure technology can accurately understand and communicate the value of a real business to a real person looking for help.

That is why this Google update matters.

Google’s AI can now call businesses on behalf of customers to ask for current information such as pricing, availability, services, or appointment openings.

If you receive one of these calls, Google is supposed to identify itself, explain that it is calling on behalf of a customer, and disclose that the call is automated and may be recorded.

I also want to clarify something because I keep seeing this explained in a way that makes it sound more frightening than it needs to be.

Missing an AI call does not automatically remove your business from Google’s recommendations.

Google can still work with the information it already understands about your business online.

What does matter is how easy your business is to understand, verify, and reach when a customer needs current information.

Your website, Google Business Profile, reviews, service details, FAQs, trust signals, and the consistency of your information across the web are all contributing to that understanding.

This is why I keep talking about recommendation readiness through Signal Sync™.

AI visibility is becoming much bigger than where your website ranks. We are moving into a time when technology may help research the business, narrow the options, gather current information, and support the customer before that person ever contacts you directly.

I want small businesses prepared for that shift without losing the human relationships that make their businesses valuable in the first place.

Save this so you recognize that unexpected Google call, and send it to a local business owner who needs to know this is happening.

AI is a tool. It should never become the voice of your business.

I think this matters even more as more businesses use the same platforms, the same prompts, and the same shortcuts to create content.

Your customers are not connecting with a prompt.

They are connecting with your perspective, your experience, your values, your story, and the way you communicate what you actually care about.

That is why Voice Alignment is one of the six pillars inside Signal Sync™.

I want AI to understand your business clearly enough to help people find it, trust it, and recognize when it may be the right fit.

I do not want that clarity to come at the expense of sounding like everyone else. Sameness happens with reusable prompts, blindly following trends, and letting AI write everything for you without proofing or editing it.

Your brand can be structured for AI visibility and still sound unmistakably like you.

Use the tool.
Keep the voice yours.

“Bring it to God, not a robot.”

Today one of my clients responded to something I shared about how local search is changing and said, “This is scary for small businesses… ugh.”

I understood exactly why she felt that way.

My response to her was that I am actively trying to find solutions that help small businesses compete with the larger agencies and corporations that may benefit from AI visibility faster.

I want to find practical ways for smaller companies to keep up, understand what is changing, and afford the work needed to remain visible and competitive.

And I told her I pray over it every day.

That is a big part of why this work matters so much to me.

Bring it to God, not a robot.

I use AI every day. I believe it can be an incredible tool for research, organization, strategy, and helping us work more efficiently.

But there are still questions I do not want answered by an algorithm.

“Chat, what hooks are going viral right now?” can help me understand what people are responding to.

“God, what did You place inside of me that someone needs to hear?” is a completely different question.

One helps me understand the platform.

The other helps me remember the purpose.

For me, that purpose is stewardship.

I want to use what I am learning to serve real businesses, protect the human side of business, and help small companies have a fighting chance in a landscape that is changing quickly.

I never want AI to replace discernment, prayer, conviction, or the responsibility I have to steward what God has placed in my hands.

Technology can support the work.

God still leads it.
