Apparently Google is CHANGING how Business Profile Reviews Work!
This is still in the early stages and more info is coming into play daily but here is what you need to know for now.
1 - DO NOT offer incentives or you will be punished
2- Try and prevent reviewers from dropping names
3 - DO NOT coach clients on what to say, let them right a genuine review
4 - Review SHOULD come from ONLY real clients you have worked with, no friends, family, etc...unless you did work from them and make sure you have a record of it!
Millions of profiles have been effected already and if you see reviews removed, do not freak out just yet, they are taking newer reviews and running them through a new filtering system (powered by AI) for legitimacy, SOOO in theory any of those reviews from REAL people should come back.
