This is honestly one of the most important hires I’ve ever made for The Brand Agency.

We’re looking for a Part-Time Creative Content Producer to join our growing team here in Knoxville!

I’m not looking for someone who simply likes social media. I’m looking for someone who’s absolutely obsessed with content creation. Someone who is constantly saving Instagram Reels, sending TikToks to friends, thinking of content ideas everywhere they go, and genuinely gets excited about helping businesses tell their story online.

At The Brand Agency, we don’t believe in cookie-cutter marketing. Every client is completely different, and every strategy we create is customized to their business, brand, products, services, goals, and audience. One day you might be creating content for a plastic surgeon, the next a mortgage company, a luxury real estate team, a wellness clinic, a restaurant, a product-based brand, or a national company. That’s what makes this role so exciting.

Culture is incredibly important to me. We’re a small but growing agency, and we truly work as a team. We collaborate, support one another, challenge each other creatively, celebrate wins together, and genuinely want to see everyone grow.
