Last week's view from the office was a bit different than most. After several months of planning we welcomed a small group of participants to retreat with our client George Felos with MeditationforLawyers.org. The venue, Windhorse Zen Community just outside of Asheville, North Carolina was spectacular and the collaborative spirit was even more impressive. Cathy Woods of Cathy Woods Yoga joined us to lead an afternoon yoga session amidst the spring tree canopy checking off a major professional bucket list item of hosting an event with multiple clients collaborating. Looking forward to the next Mediation for Lawyers event in October.

Honored to have had the opportunity to capture this moving event for the The Tears Started Here Trail of Tears Walk Back this past weekend in North Carolina. Thank you to those who took the time to share such insightful and honest stories.

For those who are unfamiliar with the event, all funds raised during the annual walk benefit The Youth Cherokee Language program in Robbinsville, NC. This after school and summer program is vital to educating future Cherokee speakers and preserving the language for generations to come.
