I decided to niche in and help entrepreneurs who want to transition in their business because I have found that there really is no finishing line in entrepreneurship. It’s a journey. and creative people we are growing and evolving and our business has to catch up and align with us. For some, this means starting a side hustle to fill that creative void and follow their curiosity. For some, it means niching in and shift in who you work for or how you serve your people. For others it a complete transformation, which can seem really scary, but it doesn’t have to be!

As Santos says, “There are always skills that you have learned throughout your life and career that you can take with you into the next business.” This is 100% true! Scarcity in letting go, especially if your business is working, and fear that you aren’t really qualified to do the work you want to do can hold you back from the business you really want.

When I work with clients to help them transition their business we work on their fears so they can get out of their own way and their messaging. This helps build confidence and clarity which are the two most important things you need to grow your business.
