We are looking for a Sales/Customer Service Representative to join our fast paced team. You will be responsible for owning the project lifecycle from start to finish. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Pay will be based on experience.

Responsibilities:
· Quote small sign projects. Includes pricing materials & time to fabricate the project. Includes making sure orders get turned into the correct department and are completed in a timely manner.
· Help customers in person and over the phone with any questions regarding signage & flagpoles. Selling various flags & flagpole accessories we keep in stock, taking orders for smaller projects (business cards, promotional products, small signs that don’t require installation, etc.).
· Accounts Receivable- Receive, tender & process payments daily. This includes cash sales, checks & credit card payments.
Qualification
· Sales experience is required
· Signage experience/knowledge is preferred, but not required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Detail-oriented and analytical
· Self-motivated- must be able to adapt to a fast paced work environment

NOW HIRING:

Sign Designer / Graphic Designer

We are looking to expand our graphic arts department! Duties would include:

•Preparing art proof approvals for customers to view before fabricating any sign job.
•Meeting with customers to go over specific needs for their project.
•Daily operation of a digital printer and plotter. You will be expected to keep the printer running and clean. If you see any issues with the printer, you must report this to your supervisor immediately so this can be fixed.
•Sizing logos on photos for pricing purposes.
•Working with the sales team to make sure the job is completed to satisfaction.
•Creating print/cut files for fabrication.
•Making sure orders are put into production after the customer signs off on the proof approval.

REQUIRED: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & have a good understanding of scale.

PREFERRED: Proficiency in FlexiSign & CAD/CAM drawings

Pay is based on skill
