Candidates ideally should have the following skills, we hiring at all levels:
•Basic tool knowledge
•Experience in construction, welding, fabrication
•Physical ability for heavy lifting
•Electrical knowledge of the sign industry
•Loading/transporting signs, tools & other materials
•Preparing job sites for installation by removing old signage, preparing the surface or structure, and securing the final electrical connections
•Ensuring the effective measurements, placement, connection and installation of signs
•Mounting and installing signs in accordance with all safety protocols
•Clearing debris and materials from the site after job completions
•Performing maintenance and repairs to signs
•Operating and maintaining all tools and equipment in accordance with safety protocols
•Driving service/install trucks; CDL preferred or the ability to obtain a CDL within 90 days of hire
•Crane Operator Certification a plus but not required
•Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at all heights
•Site surveying
•Most work is local, but on occasion, out of town stay is required
•A valid Driver License with clean driving record
•Drug test required
