We love making new connections here at Shearer!

Not a gentleman in sight this morning (except for our very own Clayton taking the picture), but WOW was this table packed with some powerhouse women in business! ☕️

What a great Coffee & Connections!
We had such a good time getting to know one another, sharing stories, talking business, laughing, and making some genuinely great connections.

We were having so much fun that we stayed more than an hour past our usual time… if that tells you anything! 🤍

If you know any of the women in this photo, you already know how lucky we were to have them around the table. We are so grateful for every connection made today and for the incredible people who continue to show up and make these mornings so much fun.

We had the pleasure of attending the Peru Rotary Club lunch this week and sitting next to Howard Halderman himself! We enjoyed an amazing lunch and learned so much about the Halderman family and their company.

Rotary’s motto, “Service Above Self,” really resonated with us. Serving the communities that walk through our doors is something we hold dear at Shearer.

If you’ve ever considered attending or joining Peru Rotary, we highly recommend checking them out!

This is Shearer in a nutshell shell!

As we wrap up another week here at Shearer Printing, we can’t help but stop and reflect. ❤️

This week brought some truly wonderful conversations at Coffee & Connections. We had the opportunity to sit down, slow down, and get to know some incredible people on a deeper level. Those conversations are a reminder of why connection means so much to us.

But this week has also been a difficult one for many in our community. After days of heavy rain and flood warnings, we know some of our customers, friends, and neighbors are dealing with flooding and uncertainty.

Please know this: we started our day praying for you.

At Shearer Printing, our customers have never been just an order, an invoice, or a name on a piece of paper. Over the years, you become family. We remember the stories you share with us. We ask about your kids, your businesses, your parents and the things happening in your lives. We celebrate with you when things are good, and our hearts are heavy with you when life gets difficult.

That kind of connection isn’t an extra for us, it’s the standard we’ve set for who we want to be.

To our current customers, thank you for allowing us to be a small part of your lives and businesses. And to our future customers, we hope when you walk through our doors, you feel that same sense of community.

As everyone heads home and into the weekend, please travel safely, take care of one another, and know that you’re in our thoughts and prayers.

The 2026 NAA Conference & Show is officially in the books, and what an incredible four days it has been.

From reconnecting with longtime friends to meeting new faces from across the country, this week reminded us that this industry is so much more than ink and paper. It’s built on relationships, trust, and people who truly love what they do.

We’re leaving inspired, grateful, and excited for what’s ahead. We don’t take these opportunities for granted, and we’re incredibly thankful to our Lord and Savior for opening doors, creating meaningful connections, and reminding us that His plans are always greater than our own.

A huge thank you to the National Auction Association and everyone who worked so hard behind the scenes to make this event unforgettable. This show will undoubtedly go down as one of our all-time favorites.

To everyone who stopped by our booth, shared a story, shook our hand, or simply said hello. Thank you. You made this week one we’ll never forget.
