SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Most orders are shipped within one to two days depending on the day of the week you order. I ship five days a week. Custom orders will take longer...contact me via email and I can give you an idea of my workload and how long it will take to get a custom order completed. Typically I can complete custom orders with three weeks. Orders can be picked up or shipped. All shipped orders are sent via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail, depending on which method you choose and the weight of your package. MERCHANDISE EXCHANGES:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you need to exchange an item, I offer merchandise exchange or store credit. Items must be exchanged within 14 days from date of purchase, unworn, unwashed and undamaged with any tags still intact. Contact me via email to notify me of the need for an exchange and to check on merchandise availability before sending an item. You will need to exchange the item at your expense unless there is an order error. In the case that I am at fault, I will assume the shipping fees. There will be no exchanges accepted after 14 days from the date of purchase. CUSTOM ORDERS:
No exchanges available on custom orders - all sales are final.
