Dear Dealers,
Written here is a list of the things consumers DISLIKE MOST about going to a Car Dealership
1. Consumers do not want salespeople hovering over them as they are doing their shopping. If your salesman are too pushy, customers often feel pressure to act, making their experience less pleasant and more stressful ❌
2. Most people try to avoid confrontation all together. When dealing with salespeople, consumers often feel under equipped and sometimes attacked when getting involved into negotiations. People prefer to make the experience seem less and cut out the negotiations (Haggle-Free) ❌
3. One of the worst things a dealer can do is have different, more appealing, prices online and mark the prices up at the actual dealership. Tricking consumers into thinking a car is selling for one price when it’s really marked up at the dealer is a good way to break a clients trust in your dealer ❌
4. Making it extra difficult for customers to get a good interest rate by requiring them to buy add-ons. By doing this you are making you dealership appear as sleazy, looking to make money every different way possible ❌
