Employee Spotlight!

Today, we’re recognizing Austin Dayton, Production Supervisor Trainee, for his attention to detail and proactive communication that helped improve production efficiency.

Austin identified two large jobs scheduled on the Atlas line that exceeded the line’s optimal setup requirements. He quickly communicated the constraint to the scheduling team, allowing the jobs to be replanned to better fit the Atlas line’s boxing station capabilities.

By recognizing the issue early and working collaboratively with scheduling, Austin helped ensure a smoother workflow, improved line efficiency, and minimized potential production challenges. His initiative and commitment to operational excellence demonstrate the kind of teamwork and problem-solving that make a difference every day.

As any good Wisconsinite knows, the best cheese comes from Wisconsin — which is why the partnership between two great Wisconsin companies was a natural fit.
