Today, we're recognizing Andre Baker, Flexographic Press Operator, for his initiative, flexibility, and commitment to supporting his team.

Andre has taken the initiative to cross train in finishing, giving him the ability to step in and help when the team is short-handed. His willingness to learn new areas and lend a hand wherever needed is a great example of the teamwork and dedication he brings to Inland every day.

Along with his flexibility, Andre continues to deliver outstanding performance on press, averaging an impressive 215,000 feet per shift.

Andre’s willingness to take on new responsibilities while continuing to perform at a high level makes a real difference for his team and our operations.

Today, we're recognizing Grace Owen, Production Specialist, for her attention to detail, persistence, and willingness to go the extra mile to support her team.

Recently, the team was searching for a missing bundle. Rather than stopping at the obvious places, Grace took a closer look. She went beyond checking boxes, reviewing what had been cut and what was on the conveyor. Her thorough approach paid off—she found the missing bundle!

Grace’s willingness to dig deeper and think through the situation is a great example of the care and ownership she brings to her work. Her attention to detail helped solve the problem and kept things moving for the team.

It’s moments like these that show how much of a difference teamwork, initiative, and a commitment to quality can make.

Community support has always been an important part of who we are at Inland, and last month gave our team several opportunities to show up for our neighbors.

We donated $5,000 to United Way Fox Cities to support tornado relief efforts, volunteered with Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin’s Hunger Heroes in Appleton, and participated in a Menasha supply drive to help families affected by the recent tornadoes.

We’re grateful for the organizations leading these efforts and for the Inland team members who continue to step up when our communities need a hand. We’re proud to call these communities home.

Today, we're recognizing Brad Bockin, Production Specialist, for his outstanding commitment, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond for his team.

Over the past several weeks, Brad has made a meaningful impact on the LNW team in multiple ways. On two separate occasions, his attentiveness helped catch errors on press, demonstrating the care and ownership he brings to his work every day.

Brad also recently showed an exceptional level of dedication when an unexpected call-in left the shop short-staffed early in the morning. Even though he had PTO, Brad took it upon himself to come in and help ensure there were two employees on the floor until the rest of the Operations team arrived.

It’s moments like these that demonstrate what teamwork and commitment are all about. Brad’s willingness to step up when his team needed him, along with his continued focus on quality, makes a difference for the entire LNW team.
