For this Mother’s Day campaign, the goal was not just to “send something out” and hope for the best. The goal was to stay visible at the exact moment customers were already thinking about gifts, offers, and last-minute purchases.

Email kept the brand top of mind. SMS helped reach a warmer, ready-to-click audience closer to the buying moment. Together, they created repeated opportunities for customers to see the offer, take action, and purchase.

The results backed it up: one email campaign generated $3,341, another brought in $2,611, and the May 8 SMS reached a 19.1% click rate with $603 in revenue from one targeted push.
