A website can look perfectly fine and still be wrong for the business.

That was mine.

The old JustMe website wasn't necessarily “bad.”

It was just describing the business I thought I was building a year ago.

Meanwhile, the actual work had expanded into websites, ongoing marketing, AI, automation, lead processes and business systems.

The website hadn't kept up.

So the redesign wasn't really about making it prettier.

It was about making it accurate.

Who do I help?
What problems do I solve?
What do I actually do now?
And does someone understand that within a few seconds of landing there?

Your website doesn't have to be ugly to need an update.

Sometimes your business simply outgrows it.

The most useful thing AI has done for me isn't replacing my work.

It's removing the stuff that keeps me from doing my work.

Research that used to take hours.

Information buried in meeting notes and documents.

Recurring reports.

Prospect research.

Repetitive tasks that somebody has to remember to do over and over again.

That's where AI gets interesting to me.

Not because it's flashy.

Because if I can take something that eats up three hours of someone's week and turn it into something that takes 15 minutes, that person gets three hours back to do work that actually needs a human.

That's how I think small businesses should be looking at AI.

Don't start with, “How do we use AI?”

Start with:

“What are we wasting time doing?”

Then see if there's a better way.

One of the phrases I say a lot in this business is:

“I don't know how to do that... yet.”

I've had clients ask me to work inside software I'd never touched, fix processes I didn't build, connect systems I hadn't connected before and solve problems that definitely weren't listed on my original services page.

And I've learned something about myself.

I really like that part.

I don't need to already know every button in every program. I need to understand the problem, learn what I need to learn and keep working at it until I find a solution that actually makes sense for the business.

That's probably the best description of JustMe I've found.

You don't always need someone who already knows your exact problem.

Sometimes you need someone who's willing to figure it out.

JustMe grew up.

When I first started this business, I thought I had a pretty good idea of what I was building.

Websites. Social media. Digital marketing.

Then clients started bringing me problems that didn't fit neatly into one of those boxes.

A repetitive task that should be automated. A CRM process that wasn't working. Leads that needed a better path. Information scattered across different systems. A question about AI that turned into an actual business solution.

And I kept saying yes, digging in and figuring it out.

Eventually I realized my own website no longer explained what JustMe had become.

So I rebuilt it.

Websites. Marketing. AI. Automation. Smarter systems that save people time.

That's JustMe now.

Well... that was quite a year.

JustMe Digital Marketing launched about a year ago and then got pretty quiet on social media.

The business itself? Not so much.

What started primarily around websites and digital marketing quickly turned into something much bigger.

Websites. Social media. Email marketing. SEO. CRM systems. Lead processes. AI. Automation. Reporting. And quite a few projects that started with, “I have absolutely no idea how to do that... but I'll figure it out.”

And that's when I realized what JustMe is really about.

I like solving problems.

The things taking too much time. The systems that aren't working together. The website nobody wants to touch. The repetitive process somebody is still doing manually every week.

There's probably a better way.

Finding it is kind of my thing.

So JustMe has had a bit of a makeover, and I'm finally ready to start showing you what I've been working on.
