6:00am workout done! 💪 and I don’t feel guilty about it!

I used to think success meant showing up to work at 5:00am and grinding through 12+ hour days. Owning a business is hard, and somewhere along the way I convinced myself the only way to make it was to work myself to exhaustion.

But I’ve learned something important… it will all still be there tomorrow. Not everything has to be a priority all at once.

What does need to be a priority is my health and my family.

So now, I’m making time for myself. I make time for my children. Even though they’re in college, they still need their mom and honestly, I still need them too.

Success means a lot more than just building a business. ❤️
