Currently seeking 8-12 Sales Associates to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.
The position is entry level, no experience required. Advancement opportunities are available within 90 days. If you are looking for a company where you can grow, talk to Ms. Jenkins. Starting pay for the position is approximately $425 a week to start per the agreement, with the chance to earn volume incentive bonuses. After being on time to work for the first 30 days, you will also receive a one time $500 sign on bonus!
Responsibilities:
-Assist customers through their purchase and upgrade process
-Provide information about the products and services
-Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
-Document and update customer records based on interactions
-Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
