INGREDIENTS
Shredded 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
Cream cheese, 2 tablespoons, at room temperature.
quarter cup almond flour
at ambient temperature, one whole egg

Keto No-bake Blueberry cheesecake pie
Ingredients
1 cup Almond flour
3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup fresh blueberries (strawberries work great too!)
1/2 cup powdered erythritol (I used Splenda.)
8 Oz. softened cream cheese
4 tblsp. butter (I used unsalted butter.)
Instructions
1. Melt butter and mix with Almond flour.
2. Spread the Almond flour mixture evenly into the bottom of a glass pie plate.
3. Using a high-speed blender, blend the strawberries into a puree.
4. Whip the heavy whipping cream, cream cheese, powdered erythromycin, and strawberry puree together with a hand mixer or whisk until thick.
5. Scoop onto the crust, distribute evenly, and place into the refrigerator.
6. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

Open L8 N Lafayette:
I know it's too late today, but no one mentioned Blazin Hot Chicken!! They just opened on the corner of university and pinhook and they have the BEST seasoned chicken in all of Lafayette. Not even a close second. Best part? Closes at 3AM!!
