What is Dibond — and why do we use it?

At Acme Sign Company, one of our go-to materials for long-lasting signage is Dibond (aluminum composite panel).

Acme Sign Company is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Service & Installation Technician to join our team.

This position involves servicing, installing, and maintaining commercial signage throughout Southwest Louisiana.

Responsibilities:

Install building signs, channel letters, cabinets, and monument signs

Perform service work on illuminated signs (LED troubleshooting and repairs)

Operate bucket trucks and lifts safely

Work at heights and outdoors in varying conditions

Ensure all installations meet company and safety standards

Communicate professionally with customers on job sites

Acme Sign Company is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills to join our Art Department.

This position includes both design and hands-on production.

Responsibilities:

Create vector artwork and production-ready files using Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop

Prepare layouts for large-format printing, signage, and vinyl graphics

Operate and assist with production of printed graphics

Apply vinyl and graphics to various substrates (sign panels, vehicles, walls, etc.)

Ensure files are clean, layered, and accurate for fabrication

Work closely with production and installation teams

Qualifications:

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator (vector artwork is a must)

Strong Photoshop skills

Ability to measure accurately and understand scale

Detail-oriented and organized

Team player with a strong work ethic

Sign industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Type: Full-time (Monday–Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm and Friday 7:30am-11:30am)
