One year ago, Madelyn joined the 3b&e team, and we can't imagine this place without her. ✨
Over the past year, she's written, planned, filmed, and created her way through a lot of projects. One of her favorites? A series of commercials for a local gym that looked like they belonged on national TV.
"My involvement on the creative side was so fun. I wrote the voiceover script for all three commercial spots, and it was so amazing to see my writing come to life."
But ask her what she loves most, and it's the everyday stuff.
"I get to be creative every single day. I love going to all these different small businesses in completely different fields, getting to know them, and capturing content for them."
This year has also been one of growth.
"I've learned how to collaborate creatively with a team. I've learned what I'm great at, and I've learned I'm capable of so much more than I thought. And I've learned that marketing changes quick. You have to pay attention to the world outside of work to really understand what connects with people."
That team collaboration is something she says makes 3b&e special.
"We don't work in a hierarchy. We're all on the same team, working together toward the same goal."
And she's just getting started. 🌊
"For year two, I'm excited to keep growing, keep writing, and keep developing my creative skills. I want to get to know more business owners and help them level up their marketing to the standard it deserves."
