MSW Interactive Designs is proud to share that Missouri has passed the Act Against Abusive Website and Web Content Access Litigation.
Our owner, Sandy Wardenburg Waggett, has spent more than 4 years educating business owners about predatory ADA website-access lawsuits.
She also testified in support of this bill and helped shape language designed to give Missouri businesses a fair chance to fix accessibility issues before being targeted by abusive litigation.
To be clear: websites still need to be accessible and compliant.
But this law helps protect small businesses from quick-cash legal threats and gives them a real opportunity to do the right thing.
