Meet Mike! He stops by Panola a few times a year to stock up on sauces, but what he does with those bottles is the part I love most. ❤️

When someone does something kind for him, Mike gives them a bottle as a thank you. It’s his way of giving back and sharing a little piece of Louisiana along the way.

It feels fitting that his name is Mike. My late husband, Mike, had such a kind and generous heart, too. Seeing that same kindness in someone who shares his name makes this story even more special to me.

Knowing our sauces play a small part in his acts of kindness means so much to us. My daddy started Panola more than 40 years ago, and I think he would love this story, too.

Thank you, Mike, for taking Panola with you and spreading a little Louisiana flavor and a whole lot of kindness wherever you go! 🌶️
