We’re in this together
There’s no denying that we’re all facing challenges, both in personal lives as well as profession and in many cases both! We didn’t ask for this and as a result of the magnitude none were adequately prepared.
As entrepreneurs and business owners we believe and know this too will pass, yes we all have varying degrees of thoughts of when and how this will pass, however we know that it ultimately will.
When we decided to start our businesses, we knew there were risk involved, many of which we didn’t even know about until they presented themselves. Though with the same determination that fueled each of us to venture out on our own, we attacked those unforeseen risk and powered through. While the environment we find ourselves in today is unlike any other, I believe each and everyone of you, and the millions of entrepreneurs and business owners throughout the country will harness that same determination and power through this challenge as well. Don’t get me wrong, I do not take this current challenge lightly, as I clearly recognize and respect the challenge, however I have unwavering faith in the fortitude in my fellow business owners, the business community, and the communities we represent, TOGETHER we will make it through, and be stronger afterwards.
We at Town Hall St. Louis, want to assist and be part of each and every one of your journeys. As some of you may know we provide welcome packages to all the new families that are moving into our communities. These Welcome packages provide a sense of community to the new families that are moving into our communities, while profiling selected businesses.
For anyone who has previously moved, remember the felling of not knowing your new town. Not knowing where to enroll your children into day care, how to find a good dentist or chiropractor, get a good haircut, have the family pet checked out, or even get a good cup of coffee, meal or relaxing massage after a stressful move??? I for one had no clue!!! Now just for a minute, think about doing so during the current environment we find ourselves in!!!
Through our Welcome program, you will become a respected and welcomed friend, by being one of the first to welcome these families to the community, inviting them into your business. Thus providing a sense of normalcy to these families and at the same time strengthening your reputation in the community and growing your business with NEW, LOCAL, LOYAL customers.
I know participation in the Welcome program will not settle current nerves, nor will it replace all of the lost customers and revenue today, however I also know that participating in the Welcome program WILL introduce new, loyal customers to your business while also providing a sense of community for BOTH you and your new customers while growing your business.
We’re preparing our Welcome packages for MAY, JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, NOW!!! Could your business use a partner and a plan to return to normal as soon as possible, while at the same time paying it forward by providing these families with a warm welcome during what is a challenging time???
