PRESS RELEASE: I'm an idiot. About 10 months ago, we tried to go with a new company for our online presence and website...and they updated our phone number to a different number, to allow tracking. At the beginning of every call, there was a prerecorded computer voice saying "You are receiving a call from..." at which time I would hang up. I honestly thought it was the new auto warranty bot calls, so I hung up EVERY TIME. I was hanging up on our customers EVERY TIME the call came from the web for MONTHS! Then, we move to a different company for our online and social media. I was there to go over the website and updated the phone number to the correct number on the website, but we never updated the Google phone number, so those that called the number I used to hang up on, now got a "not in service" response. Soooo sorry if that was you. We finally got a call from Ashley from Pink Cupcake Creations, letting us know that the phone number in Google was incorrect. THANK YOU ASHLEY!
All of this set the business back to the numbers we were doing 7 years ago for the last 4 months, after 18 years of steady growth.

Lessons learned; if it ain't broke, don't fix it.

If you call us, don't be a computer.

We're back to what worked with our original number, ( 847-265-7550) and IT company, Rapid Tech.

Again, we're sorry if we hung up on you. :) Especially those that called a few times in a row.
