FantasyWerks just completed design, fabrication and install of a 9 foot tall elephant skull for the Lake Wales Little Theater's production of The Lion King Jr. The skull was sculpted from stacked EPS foam, the tusks were created from oversized pool noodles. The prop is for the elephant graveyard scene, and depicts an aged, dessicated skull. The last photo is one of The Lion King play area at Disney's Art of Animation resort that I used as reference.

This is a basilisk fang prop inspired by the one used in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. The fang prop is hand carved and shaped from high density urethane foam (HDU), the same material used to make professional signs and props.

It is then coated with a hard coat specially formulated for HDU foam to give it the look and texture of bone-like material, then theme-painted for realism.
