Job Overview:

We are searching for a residential solar installer to accommodate with our solar installation projects in the Delaware area. Install and maintain Solar Photovoltaic systems on roofs and other structures, Work safely in all weather conditions to include rain and heat. The Service Technician is responsible for performing preventative and reactive maintenance, system commissioning, troubleshooting and generally maintaining our customers’ solar assets.

Requirements:

Administer weather sealing to array, building or support mechanisms
Perform on-site maintenance, modifications , upgrades , troubleshooting, and repairs of automated storage and retrieval system equipment.
Work side-by-side with other crew members and install all PV components.
Complete all install paperwork according to company policy.

Qualifications:

Experience working in construction is preferred
Comfortably able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, work with tools, and work on rooftops in varying temperatures.
Reliable and good attendance.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must have a positive attitude.
Ability to climb stairs, scaffolding, ladders, bend, stoop, crawl, squat, reach and move 6+ hrs. at a time.
Self-motivated with an attention to productivity, detail, and safety.
