WHEN I WAS LITTLE;
When I was little I was told not to laugh so loud, it was disruptive to others.
When I was little I was told not to make those weird breathing noises.
When I was little, I was told not to sing too loud because I was drowning out the other kids in the choir.
When I was little I was told not to stomp around the house.
Now that I'm in my Golden Year's; I'm told to laugh and sing loudly to combat Pulmonary Artery Hypertension.
Now that I in my Golden Years's I'm told to do weird deep breathing exercises to expand my lungs and keep them clear.
Now that I'm in my Golden Year's I'm told to stomp at least 15-30 stomps to reverse Osteopenia.
I am REALLY enjoying these Golden Years!! 😄
