We provide unique custom designs for individuals or large groups, including clothing and promotional products for any occasion. Kellie Woodruff started Kellie’s Embroidery & Crafts in 2002 as a part-time home based business. Over the past 15 years the demand from her customers enabled her to expand her business to include additional decoration options and the ability to provide promotional product

s. One of the additional options is using heat transfers that can be similar to screen printing and can include rhinestones and sequins. Another option is called sublimation where specialized ink is used to embed the design into a coating on certain materials. Some examples of items that can be sublimated are mugs, coasters, name badges, ornaments, photo panels, magnets, award plaques and many others. As a member of the National Network of Embroidery Professionals (NNEP), she continues to keep updated on the latest trends and techniques. Hi! Happy Thursday! I'm writing to let everyone know that I'm having a combined garage sale and clothing sample sale today, tomorrow and Saturday. The clothing samples are from over 19 years of being in the apparel industry and range from kids sizes to adult 4xl. It's day two of the education portion and I have already learned a ton. Tomorrow I will start visiting the suppliers.

I had an awesome day with some amazing women at the Women Empowering Women conference. The fun continues with the PPAI & SAGE conference in Vegas next week.

I will be going to one of the largest promotional products expos in the country. If anyone is looking for anything in particular I can see if someone there sells it. I already have several items to look for and it's more fun to go on a treasure hunt.

Happy Tuesday!! Today I want to let you know about one of the most fun decoration options that I can do right now. The process is called sublimation and the results are amazing. Sublimation requires special ink and can only be used with white 100% polyester fabric or items with a specific coating. When applied at a high temperature, the ink becomes embedded in the end product and will not fade or wear off.

The largest advantage to sublimation is the abilty to use full color graphics or photos on a variety of items at a reasonable price. The most popular items are mugs, beer steins, magnets, t-shirts, ornaments and drink coasters but there are hundreds of other options available.
