Today marks 2 years since we became proud owners of KVAY 105.7fm🎉
What an incredible journey it has been!
From early mornings and late nights, to countless miles on the highway, we've worked hard to bring you the very best in local radio. We've spent endless hours on the football field, basketball court, baseball diamond and everywhere in between to make sure our communities never miss a moment of high school sports action!
Over the past two years, we've enjoyed conducting interviews, hosting giveaways, supporting local events, remotes and of course playing the great country music you love every day!
None of this would be possible without you--our listeners, advertisers, sponsors, schools, coaches, athletes and community supporters!
Thank you for tuning in, supporting local radio and allowing us to be part of your lives! Here's to the memories we've made and the many more still to come!
With sincere appreciation
Jose, Frankie and the KVAY staff💚💙

We know that many people in Lamar have been experiencing intermittent power outages since yesterday afternoon, including City offices and field operations.

Lamar Light & Power reports that they are investigating a 69KV main breaker that is tripping open intermittently. They are working with a consultant engineering firm to identify the cause and restore operations to normal.
