Today we celebrate Brad Allen, a 43-year team member here at Godfrey who is entering the next chapter in his life.

While plenty has changed since he joined us in 1982, one thing hasn't: Brad's unmatched artistry. Through the decades, he has gone from creating unbelievable, hand-drawn illustrations to cutting-edge digital creations – all with a level of skill and can-do attitude that is second-to-none.

Brad is a huge part of Godfrey's creative legacy, and we're so thankful for what he's accomplished alongside the agency. Godfrey wouldn't be what it is today without his creativity, teamwork and dedication.

Innovations in design. Artistry. Handling the challenges of being a creative in the world. The incredibly inspiring Circles Conference in Grapevine, Texas, highlighted all of these and more.

After attending, Jen and Spencer said their favorite talk was the presentation from Stephanie Alcaino, head of creative at OX Creative, on dealing with imposter syndrome, understanding that they should “trailblaze without fear” and give themselves permission to reframe doubts into opportunities to explore and learn.

We were lucky enough to have several Godfrey team members in attendance at the 2024 HOW Design Live event in Denver for sessions on creativity, leadership, marketing, branding and more!

A favorite part of the conference was exploring how AI is reshaping creativity and can act as a catalyst for innovation, amplifying inspiration, fostering collaboration and empowering diverse voices in design. They were especially inspired after hearing global design leader Stephen Gates, founder of CRZY design and host of "The Crazy One" podcast, talk on “Unleashing Creativity: The Synergy of AI and Design.”
