Grateful for the opportunity to speak at the Manufactured Housing Institute Developer Workshop this week. I shared practical, high-impact strategies to help developers secure approvals faster—and with fewer costly conditions.

Too often, project opposition from NIMBYs or special interests is underestimated.

The consequences? Delays, added costs, or even project denial.

My message is pretty simple: proactive engagement isn’t optional—it’s essential.
