Yesterday was Granddaughter's Day. I am so blessed to be this little girl's Grammy. So adorable and now, much older than this picture, but it captures the spirit of Maela so perfectly. She is kind, cares so much about people, and loves God without doubt. Love you girl.

My first novel, Saturday Night at the Trailer Park, won a Gold for Contemporary Religious Fiction and a Silver in the Coming of Age category at the conference. And, now, this Thursday my sister and I are headed to Times Square to view the book cover as it is displayed on the NASDAQ Jumbotron from 10:30 a.m. to Noon. Watch for our FB Live as we see Frankie Girl in front of millions of people in the busiest city in the nation!!! This is what last years Award Winners experienced. Wow! So excited!!!
