Four weeks left in Microsoft’s fiscal year. Every partner conversation we’re having right now is about the same thing: FY27 planning.

What’s the GTM strategy?

Where does the co-op funding go?

How do we do more with a team that isn’t getting bigger?

These are the right questions. Here’s where we do our best thinking.

Work is being redefined faster than most campaigns can track. New solutions. New buyers. New titles that didn’t exist eighteen months ago.

If your messaging was built for last year’s customer conversation, it’s already behind. Tomorrow we’re breaking down what’s changed – and what to do about it before the fiscal year closes.

It’s – and today we’re not spotlighting one person. We’re spotlighting what happens when you build a team worth keeping. Odigo turned 10 in 2025. And as we looked around at the people who showed up every day – building client relationships, serving partners, and helping grow something genuinely special – we kept saying the same thing: We couldn’t do this without you.

Odigo team members who reach their 10-year anniversary will receive an equity stake in the business they helped build. The people who invested years of their careers here should share in what we’ve built together. We have several team members approaching this milestone, and we couldn’t be more proud.

Microsoft’s own blog makes the case clearly: Plan your co-op activities early, create an end-to-end marketing engine, and don’t leave funds sitting unused. Unclaimed co-op does not roll over.

FY26 H2 closes June 30. If you’re a Microsoft partner with co-op funds available – and no plan to use them – that budget disappears July 1. Let us help.

Microsoft co-op funds expire June 30 – and most partners already know they have money sitting in Partner Center. What gets in the way is their lack of runway. You need a real program, properly documented, with enough time to execute before fiscal year close.

Our GTM programs are structured for 100% co-op reimbursable under Demand Generation from day one. June 15 is the practical deadline to get started.

Industry estimates suggest 60% of market development funds go unused by channel partners every quarter. The problem isn’t availability. It’s activation – partners without dedicated marketing resources or a clear plan let the funds expire. Microsoft’s FY26 H2 co-op usage window closes June 30. There are six weeks left. We can help you spend it!
