We were excited to spend time in Chicago this week with our partners at GoFundMe Pro for their Collaborative Conference, connecting with leaders who are thinking deeply about what’s next for the sector.

Our CEO, Gretchen Littlefield, led an insightful discussion on succeeding through massive change. Many thanks to Bryan Klopack from Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, Derrick Johnson from the NAACP, Tunde Wackman from World Central Kitchen, and Stuart Sullivan from Shriners Children's, who reflected on how they've accelerated through change, their decisions and outcomes, and what's next for the purpose-driven sector.

We're coming away with a lot to think about and a strong sense of where this community is headed.

It was a great few days at the National Postal Forum in Phoenix, and yes, we definitely felt the Phoenix heat.

Between the sunshine and the conversations, it was an energizing week filled with forward-thinking ideas about where the mailing industry is headed. It was also great to see the Postmaster General, who stopped by to thank organizations for their continued use of the mail and recognize the billions raised for important causes.

We loved connecting with so many teams and sharing how 1:1 marketing is helping turn mail into true performance marketing, along with demos on how eye-tracking and advanced testing can make every piece more effective.

We're proud to support USO as they strengthen the well-being of our service members and their families.

We just wrapped up sharing ideas, reflecting on what’s working, and thinking through how to apply those learnings to keep growing the program this week at both of our offices. One of the highlights was putting together care packages for deployed troops. It was a meaningful way to stay connected to the mission behind the work.
