There's so much more I couldn't fit into 10 slides. But here's my point:

I learned I have to be SO intentional about what I want more of. (And honestly what I want less of.)

I want less time wasted scrolling my phone. So I got rid of social media apps.

I want more time and opportunities to take a break: So I strategized on how to bring that to life while still making what I want to make.

I want to have some freaking fun!?? So I started penciling it in and mixing fun with work.

The best part is, being intentional is just the start. Now I get to go live that intentional life every day.
