Completed a new 60" round double faced pylon sign cabinet for Martus Stone in Texas. This complex custom built sign includes a welded aluminum frame structure, a welded steel foundation structure, match plate bolt-on attachment with a saddle mount pole through the cabinet design for outstanding wind load capacity. The faces are three layers of white, green translucent and clear acrylic, with the acrylic lettering cut on our AP Laser. The entire pylon was built in our shop with an overall height (OAH) of 7-1/2' (78") and built on a special pallet for delivery to Texas.

I was standing at the counter today at Speedy Express Oil Change and looked up and bam!, their beautiful interior lobby sign was right in front of me. I had forgotten that I made this sign a couple of years ago. I love that flag design. It matches their store front sign and pylon sign. It is internally illuminated with LED ( light emitting diodes ) with second surface graphics behind a clear polycarbonate face.

We do neon repairs when we get high at night sometimes. This is Dick’s Sporting Goods in Baton Rouge. My glass guy vendor is the best in the region and helps us by making new and repair neon tube units. What an amazing skill he has to blow and bend molten glass tubes and not get burned every day.

We repair electronic billboards across South Louisiana. This one is high above Tulane & Broad streets in New Orleans at 60’, the reach limit for our man-lift equipment. That tiny box in the street below is a city bus and the stone building is the Orleans Parish Court House.
