Larchmont and Mamaroneck Real Estate Expert Marjorie S Weschler

Larchmont and Mamaroneck Real Estate Expert Marjorie S Weschler Houlihan Lawrence ~ Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. She Doesn’t Just Understand Real Estate She Understands People. Meet Margie Weschler.

She’s patient, compassionate, and remarkably responsive to her clients because Margie never forgets how intensely emotional buying or selling a home can be for them. At the same time, she’s tough and determined when she needs to be; and in today’s challenging market, that’s pretty much all the time. But Margie is able to play those highly diverse roles quite naturally, the way only an experienced

real estate professional can. Outstanding Skill Set
Much of Margie’s consistent success over her 25+ years in real estate sales is derived from her well-honed marketing, communication, and negotiating skills. For buyers, it’s what gets them what they want at the best price possible. For sellers, it’s her impressive pricing skills that allow her to put just the right price on a home… not too high, not too low, but just right. Nothing is more crucial to the sale of a home than that. It’s an ability you can’t develop overnight; it’s something that comes only from experience and extensive market knowledge. Vast First-Hand Knowledge
Margie grew up in Larchmont, attended local schools, and chose to raise and educate her two children in Larchmont. Typical of her dedicated approach to everything she does, Margie not only served as local PTA President, but went on to become the district-wide President of the PTA Council. As a result, it’s hard to find a broker who knows more about our fine public school system. In fact, she’s a wealth of information about our community in general. And Margie keeps on learning. She’s always taking some kind of Continuing Ed course, for instance, and is one of the few brokers in our area to earn the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. Referrals Fuel Her Business
It’s that kind of work ethic and expertise, coupled with her genuinely caring nature, that clients admire and benefit from as she guides them through every step of the complex real estate maze, providing prompt customer service, personal attention, and whatever help or advice is necessary. No wonder Margie keeps receiving so many referrals from satisfied buyers and sellers. They’re not only appreciative of their happy end results, but also of how Margie was somehow able to make an inevitably tense process as easy and pleasant as possible.

Mamaroneck High School’s Art & Literary Magazine, “Calliope”, has been recognized as Excellent by the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE)! 🏆📚

Student Editors and seniors Chantal Lanausse and Theresa Maver credit the incredible teamwork and creativity of their fellow MHS students. “Without the dedication and passion students have for literature and artwork, Calliope would not be as successful as it is,” said Chantal. “There is no Calliope without the students.”

Chantal and Theresa also recognize their dedicated Faculty Advisors, Mr. James Short and Ms. Juliana Zalon, whose continued support helped bring this year’s issue to life.

Congratulations to all the contributors, Student Editors Chantal Lanausse and Theresa Maver, and Faculty Advisors Juliana Zalon and James Short!
