Over March and April, we closed over 250 tickets across GGMS.

A lot of this work was focused on making the CRM and IDX Website more reliable day to day.

Not every update gets a big announcement.

But every update helps.

We’ve been tightening up listing alerts.

This is one of those areas where reliability really matters.

If a buyer is getting property updates, the experience needs to feel clean from email to website.

We’ve worked on templates, card design, delivery, saved search behavior, and auto-login links.

Better alerts should lead to better engagement.
