Routed and sandblasted signs are both carved, but they are made two different ways and they look it.

Routing cuts the design down into the panel with a bit, which leaves crisp clean edges and lettering that keeps its shape for years. That is what you are looking at here. Sandblasting textures the background instead, so the letters stand up off a surface with a grain to it.

Both hold up well outdoors in Florida. Which one suits your entrance mostly comes down to whether you want sharp modern edges or something with more texture.

Window graphics have to put up with things other signs do not. People touch them. And they get looked at from both sides of the glass.

Whether the vinyl goes on the outside or the inside changes how long it lasts and how the colors look. Frosted vinyl needs a different layout than solid. And when your hours change or you want a new message up, it has to peel off cleanly, which comes down to what you used in the first place.

We pick the right material for your glass and how much sun it gets, then put it on properly. No bubbles, no peeling corners, and nothing left behind when it comes off.

Adding identification to a multi-tenant or institutional building takes a fair bit of planning before anyone builds anything.

You are working around a building that already exists, tenants who each have their own requirements, and whatever the city has already approved for the property. The practical questions come first. Can the wall actually hold it. Does it line up properly with the entrance. And will it still make sense when one tenant moves out and another moves in.

We handle it from design and permitting through fabrication and installation.

Give us a call to plan it out.

Vehicle graphics look easy until you are standing at the van with the artwork in your hand.

A layout that looked great on a screen runs straight into body seams, door handles and the fuel cap. Text that seemed big enough turns out to be unreadable from the next lane over.

So we lay the artwork out on the actual vehicle. Phone number big enough to catch at a red light. Services you can read in traffic. License info where it needs to go. And vinyl made for Florida sun, so it is not chalky and faded in two summers.

Lobby signs are harder to get right than exterior signs, because everyone sees them up close.

People are standing three feet away in good light with nothing else to look at. So the brand color has to be dead on, not close. The edges have to be clean. The spacing between the letters has to be even, because visitors will be looking at it while they wait. Little things you would never notice on a sign out by the road are obvious in a lobby.

We build reception letters and logos to your exact brand spec, then install them straight and evenly spaced.

Let's design yours.

Adding dimensional lettering to your building is one of the simplest ways to make it easier to find.

Flat printed signage sits against the wall and disappears into it. Dimensional letters stand off the wall instead. That bit of depth catches light and throws a shadow through the day, so your name stays legible from further away and from more angles.

Sized properly for how far back the building sits and how fast traffic goes by, it is the difference between drivers spotting you and drivers going around the block again.

We handle it from design and permitting through fabrication and installation.

If you want a lit sign up and glowing by the holidays, now is the time to start. The permit is almost always the slowest part of the job, and it has to happen before anything gets built. Landlord approval, drawings, and city review all take their own time.

Start in late summer and you are in good shape. Wait until fall and you are usually looking at next year.

We handle the whole thing from design and permitting through fabrication and installation, so it is one call instead of four.

Give us a call and we will get your timeline started.

The finish makes a bigger difference on dimensional letters than most people expect.

Brushed aluminum stays looking clean and works on almost any building. Paint gets you an exact brand color, but the surface underneath has to be prepped properly or you will see it later. Polished and gold-leaf faces look expensive, and they show every mistake if the install is rushed.

How the letters attach matters too. Flat against the wall, held off it slightly so they cast a shadow, or mounted on a panel. Each one changes the look and how well they hold up outside.

We will help you pick what works on the wall you actually have. Give us a call.

Channel letters can be lit three different ways, and they look nothing alike at night.

Front-lit is the classic one. The face of the letter glows, and it is the easiest to spot from the road. Halo-lit puts the light behind the letters instead, so it glows onto the wall around them, which looks softer and more upscale from close up. You can also do both at once.

Which one is right usually has more to do with your building than your logo. How far back you sit from the road, what color the wall is, and what the businesses next to you already have lit up.

Not sure which way to go? Call us and we will help you pick.

A lot gets decided on a monument sign before anyone builds anything. Where it goes so drivers can see it coming from both directions. How big the letters need to be for a road where people are doing 45. What the landlord will approve, and what the city will approve, which are not always the same thing. And how the base sits once the landscaping goes back in around it.

Sort that out up front and the install is the easy part.

We handle it from design and permitting through fabrication and installation, so you are not chasing four different companies to get one sign up.
