nd she wanted to make a permanent mark on the industry and named her company TaTu. Working with some of the hottest up and coming DJs in the WORLD, Ashley was able to spend a lot of time in nightclubs all over the US. Observant by nature, she began to notice the little things that make a club successful and through her connections with various club owners she began advising on marketing and branding strategies that led to more successful night clubs.

“The DJs and the music are what really captured my attention and made me want to do what I am doing,” Lagos says. “There are so many components needed to be not just a good, but a great DJ or producer. The ability to read huge crowds of people, musicality, and professionalism are key if you want to be successful on a large scale as a DJ. I can’t help someone with their ability to read people or their musicality, but I am definitely skilled at taking a kid who likes playing music and giving them both the tools and the accountability to be respected from a business perspective in the club industry.” Ashley now has a dozen DJs / Producers that TaTu represents.
