Most nonprofits have access to a Google Ad Grant.

Few get real value from it.

Not because the grant doesn’t work…

but because it’s rarely set up to.

This nonprofit had access to the free ad spend.

But their outreach wasn’t reaching the right people.

Because the issue wasn’t budget, it was structure.

• Targeting was too broad
• Messaging didn’t match intent
• The path after the click wasn’t clear

So the ads were running…

but not driving impact.

Once we redesigned the system behind the campaigns, targeting, messaging, and flow,

the outreach started working the way it was supposed to.

Not more spend.

Better design.

Comment MBD if you want to see:

• what was breaking in the campaign
• why the grant wasn’t translating into outreach
• the changes that improved performance
• how to actually get value from your Google Ad Grant

That's the worst thing you could do 😰

Most people think posting more = more growth.

It doesn’t.

Not because consistency is bad…

but because consistency without direction doesn’t lead anywhere.

You can post every day
and still get no customers.

If your content is just:
• random tips
• trends
• whatever comes to mind

People see it…

and keep scrolling.

What’s missing isn’t effort.

It’s intention.

• Who is this for?
• What problem does it connect to?
• What should someone do next?

Most people are posting to stay visible…

not to move people forward.

Consistency should build something:

Trust.
Clarity.
A reason to choose you.

If your content doesn’t do that…

posting more won’t fix it.

Ranking on Google doesn’t always mean more customers.

Sometimes the traffic is there.

The website just isn’t converting.

Usually it’s because:

• The offer isn’t clear
• There’s no obvious next step
• Trust signals are missing
• Follow-up isn’t built in

So people visit…

and leave.

Ranking gets attention.

Your website is supposed to turn that attention into action.

That takes more than SEO.

It takes structure.

Positioning.
Conversion paths.
Proof.
Follow-up.

Getting found and converting aren’t the same thing.

That’s usually where the gap is.

Apparently, ad spend is their love language.

Your ads may not have a targeting problem.

They need refinement.

Good campaigns are rarely built in one shot.

They improve through:
• testing offers
• refining audiences
• trying different creative
• adjusting campaign types
• learning from the data

Ad strategy isn’t set-and-forget.

That’s usually where performance comes from.

Campaigns improve through iteration, not intuition.

Attention isn’t automatic anymore.

People don’t slow down for your content.
They scroll.

Most businesses are still creating content as if people are paying attention by default.

They’re not.

If your content isn’t designed to earn attention in seconds, it gets skipped, no matter how valuable it is.

That’s the gap most businesses don’t see.

More content won’t fix it.
Better design will.

Comment MBD to learn:
1. Why content gets ignored even when it’s high quality
2. How attention actually works in today’s market
3. What makes someone stop, stay, and engage
4. The mistakes that kill attention before your message lands
5. How to structure your content so it actually gets consumed

If it feels like you’re posting but people aren’t really engaging, this will connect.

Let us fix that for you! 😱

Most email lists don’t make money.

Not just because of the emails…

but because they’re not connected to your digital strategy.

If your emails are just:
• updates
• tips
• the occasional “buy now”

People read them…

and move on.

What’s usually missing isn’t effort.

It’s structure.

• Who is this list actually for?
• What happens after someone joins?
• How does a reader become a customer?

And this is where most lists break:

You’re either always selling…
or never selling.

Neither works.

Emails should do two things:

Build trust.
Then create a moment to act.

That’s when a list starts converting.
