Summerlin
Summerlin is one of Las Vegas’ most recognized master-planned communities. It spans 22,500 acres along the western edge of the valley, at the foot of the Spring Mountains and beside Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area—a nearly 200,000-acre natural landscape that defines much of its setting and lifestyle.
