Employee of the months! Rhonda! This gal has been in the screen print industry for over 40 years! She is hard working, super efficient and has so much knowledge! What an asset she is to Redsand! We are happy she is part of this awesome team! And of course we always have to have lunch when we celebrate the winner of the months! Employee of the Months! Carolina! She started part time on screens. Bugged the hell out of us for full time hours. A position came open and we put her on as a puller. This gal would be covered from head to toe with ink by the end of the day! Literally, ink EVERYWHERE! She has since blossomed into an excellent puller. Ink now stays in the buckets! She is happy, has a great attitude, and works her butt off. She is even learning how to print. We couldn't be happier with her performance and the light she brings to our shop. We are super proud of her. We love you Carolina!
