This formula is designed to stop your ideal prospect who identifies with the problem you solve.

Save this Formula and use in ChatGPT or Claude:

1. If you are (buyer persona/ICP/ideal prospect)
2. and you are (experiencing problem (only one problem solved by the offer)
3. and you want (ideal outcome provided by the offer)

How long does it take to get leads from Facebook?

On April 7th, you can see no activity on that date.

You can see on April 8th, there's four leads in the campaign already.

It took one day.

We spent roughly $60 at four leads at $15 a lead.

And you can see that each ad in the campaign generated a lead.

The question isn't how long does it take?

The right questions are "do you know who your ideal prospect is?"

There's a lot of talk about what it takes to get found in AI like ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and others.

So there’s a budget allocation split we've seen work consistently since 2017.

About 85 to 90% of your marketing budget goes to performance.

Think Google Ads, lead gen, conversion campaigns. All the stuff that drives immediate action.

But that other 10 to 15%? That needs to go to brand building. Consistent presence in your market.

We see every year major brands dropping millions on one 30-second commercie during the big game. They're not expecting immediate sales.

They're buying your attention and mental recall.

And look—most of you think "I can't afford that." Of course not

Here's the reality though, you can't afford NOT to do what they are doing.

When someone's ready to buy, most are still going to Google (and growing ChatGPT, Gemini etc but they'll have ads soon). And you're competing with everyone else who shows up there, purely on price and ranking.

How’s that working out for you?

But when someone's already seen your brand 15, 20, 30 times before they even need you? You're not in that competition anymore. You're the name they already know.

Let me share a metric most business owners never look at — and honestly, most agencies don’t talk about either.

When we run awareness ads, we don’t care much about impressions.

What we care about is this:

How many people willingly stayed.

If someone watches 15 seconds of a video, that’s not accidental.
They chose to stay.

And if someone watches all of a 45-second or 2-minute video?

That’s not curiosity.
That’s interest.

Think about it logically.

Why would a complete stranger spend a full minute or more with your message
if the problem, topic, or perspective didn’t matter to them?

That’s why we look at:
– how many people stayed
– how many finished
– and what it cost to identify those people

Because at that point, we’re not guessing anymore.

We know who paid attention.

And that completely changes how the rest of your marketing performs.

Most companies never see this layer,
which is why they feel like ads are a black box.

Once you see it, you can’t unsee it.
