There is nothing better than having the flexibility to prioritize fitness on any day of the week.
The consistency is paying off—feeling lighter, slowly dropping the body fat %, and staying locked into the routine. Respect to fitness competition peeps Dieting down is no joke. Hybrid athlete is the goal. 🏋️♂️🏃♂️🏊♂️
