The biggest mistake people make when brewing coffee is this…
They don’t measure

Most people guess
And that’s why their coffee tastes too strong… or too weak

The fix is simple:
Use the right ratio

Start with 1:15
That means:
1 part coffee to 15 parts water

Example:
20g of coffee → 300ml of water

No scale?
Use this:
2 tablespoons of coffee → about 1 cup (240ml) of water

Small detail… completely different result

This is how you go from average coffee to exceptional coffee

Yes, coffee has caffeine.

But that’s not what makes coffee… coffee.

Coffee naturally contains:

• Antioxidants like polyphenols
• Organic acids that create brightness
• Natural sugars that create sweetness
• Aromatic compounds that create flavor

That’s why coffee can taste citrusy, floral, chocolatey, caramel-like or many more flavors

Caffeine gives you energy.

But origin, processing, and roasting define the experience.

If you love coffee, don’t reduce it to a stimulant.

Follow to learn specialty coffee that goes beyond average.

Before your next sip, ask yourself this:

Do you actually like coffee…
or are you just used to it?

Most people drink whatever is available.
Very dark. Very bitter. “Strong.”

They think that’s what coffee is supposed to taste like.

And…It’s not.

When beans are lower quality, they’re roasted darker to hide flaws.
That burnt taste people call bold?
It’s often covering something.

Specialty coffee is different.

It starts with higher grade beans, usually 100% Arabica,
so nothing needs hiding.

Roasted with precision, not smoke.
Balanced. Clear. Naturally complex.

If you drink coffee every day,
don’t drink it blindly.

Follow before your next cup and let us guide you.

Coffee can feel harsh on your stomach when quality is low and roasting is extreme.

Some mass produced coffee uses lower grade beans and very dark roasting to mask defects.

If green beans are poorly stored, they can develop mold.
Roasting kills mold spores, but certain mycotoxins can survive heat, and darker roasting makes defects harder to detect.

That doesn’t mean all dark coffee is unsafe.
It means sourcing and quality control matter.

Specialty coffee uses high grade Arabica beans, carefully processed and strictly sorted.

Better beans + Better handling + Better roasting =
Smoother experience for your stomach.

If you drink coffee every day, quality matters.

Follow to actually understand what you’re drinking.
