P R O M O J O - Branded Promotional Products & Event Marketing People think we just do merch and events. What we really do is make sure every moment someone touches your brand is an experience to remember.

We handle the merch. We handle the event. We make sure they say the same thing. 🔥 From custom branded merchandise to full event experiences, Promojo makes it all work together. Because your brand shouldn't look one way on the website, feel different at the trade show, and send people home with swag that has nothing to do with either one. We make sure they say the same thing.

People think branding is a logo and a color palette. It's not. It's about what your company wants people to feel when they think of your brand, and I take that seriously, every single time.

I spent years at the big merch companies before I went independent, and here's what stuck with me: it's not about the size of the client, it's about the size of the care you put in. Figuring out the right sticker or magnet for a mailer matters just as much to me as helping a major company protect exactly how their logo shows up in the world. Different scale, same standard.

Because this was never about picking something out of a catalog and hoping it matches your color palette. Every detail, every item, every choice has to actually say what you want it to say. That's why I go above and beyond. That's why I love it.

Your team deserves more than the cheapest tee you could find, and UV protection tees cost less than you'd think.

Whether you're outfitting a 3-person crew or a 500-person activation, we do team tees all the time, for event staff, community sports teams, and businesses that just want their people repping the brand right. Small batch orders get the same attention as the big ones. Your team of 3 matters just as much as someone else's team of 500.

This is the part of the job we love: there's a tee style and fit for every brand, not just one generic option in five colors. You tell us who's wearing it and where, we help you land on something that actually feels like you, and holds up whether they're standing in the sun all day or just running around on a Saturday.

Talk to me about your team tees -- We can figure out how to get you what you need within your budget.

Field Report 260721. Location: Everywhere

Agent Tysa, filing from the field, and this one's not tied to a single event because honestly, it's every event. 🕵️‍♀️

Here's the pattern I've clocked over and over: watch what booths give away, and you'll learn something about human nature. Coffee. Snacks. Water. There's a reason so many activations lean on food and beverage instead of the flashier stuff. When the energy on the floor drops, people don't gravitate toward the cleverest swag. They gravitate toward whatever solves what they need right at that moment.

That's the actual lesson, and it's bigger than coffee. It's not enough to have what your customer needs. You have to be able to deliver it at the exact moment they need it, not an hour before, not an hour after.

Timing is a brand strategy. Most people just never call it that.

Who's the face of Promojo? If you've ever worked with us, you already know the answer.

It's me. Every event, every booth, every last-minute scramble to make something work, that's me showing up, and I'm not exactly known for playing it cool and corporate about it.

Here's the thing nobody tells you about this job: you can absolutely take it seriously and still have a good time doing it. I work hard. I get the details right, because your brand walking out the door wrong isn't an option. But if we're not laughing at some point during setup, something's gone wrong.

That's the whole philosophy. Work hard, get it right, and make sure everyone, including me, is having fun while we do it. That's not a tagline. That's just how I show up.

Nobody needs another tote bag. Nobody needs another basic water bottle either, honestly. If you want people to actually remember you, you have to give them something they'll reach for, not something that ends up in a drawer with the other five. Let's talk travel kits and mailer-sized swag.

Toiletry bags, tech pouches, mini first-aid kits, phone charging kits sized to actually fit in a mailer without costing you a fortune in shipping. Small enough to be practical, useful enough that people keep it in their bag or on their desk for months.

This is the part of the job we love: everyone assumes memorable means big.

Sometimes it's the opposite. A well-made little kit gets used on a plane, in a car, at a desk, over and over, and every time they use it, they'll think of you. Today's example is travel kits and lip balm. Tomorrow might be something you didn't know existed. Small orders are welcome.

Agent Tysa, back from the field, and this one's need-to-know only. 🕵️‍♀️

Every event has its own vibe, its own energy. But here's the intel that never changes: even the highest-energy room fades once the morning buzz wears off. The crowd doesn't stay at a 10 all day. Nobody's does.

The brands that actually connect aren't the ones matching the room's energy at 9am. They're the ones still reading it at 3pm, when the coffee's worn off and everyone's just trying to get through the last few sessions.

If people are drifting past your booth mid-afternoon, that's not personal. That's just the natural dip. But if you're struggling to pull people in all day long, every hour, that's a different problem. And that one's worth a conversation. Let's talk.

Agent's out. This report stays classified.

Whether it's a big production or a single booth in the corner, it doesn't matter. The team you put on the floor is the whole event.

I've been going through photos from different activations and honestly, this is the thread that ties all of it together. It's not the size of the setup. It's not even the swag (okay, it's a little bit the swag). It's the people standing there who actually want to talk to you, who know the product, who make a ten second interaction feel like something.

You can't fake that. You can't order it in bulk. You either build a team that shows up like that, or you don't.

So here's to the humans who make the booth experience, whether it's a full crew running a three day activation or one person holding down a table for six hours straight. Y'all are the real brand experience.

Hats are a summer staple, whether for basic sun protection or as part of a team identity. Got an event, a launch, or just a team that needs to look good outside this summer? Let's talk hats.

Dad hats, bucket hats, performance snapbacks, with 3D embroidery, rubber patches, or woven labels depending on the vibe you're going for. This is the difference between merch someone wears once and merch someone actually reaches for all summer.

This is the part of the job we love: you tell us what you want, we show you everything it could look like. Hats are today's example. Ask us tomorrow and it might be something you didn't even know existed.

The Promojo Files. Field Report 240522 — Connections

Agent Tysa, reporting for duty. 🕵️‍♀️

Mission: infiltrate a jam-packed day of sessions and education, blend in, assess the event experience from the inside.

Findings: it's never the big flashy stuff that gives an event away. It's the little things. A fresh cup of coffee when you need it. A cookie that's actually warm (I had three for research purposes, of course). A spot to sit down for a few minutes before diving back in.

Every event has some version of these touchpoints. The difference is whether they're an afterthought or a strategy. Bare minimum, or the kind of thoughtful that makes people remember how they felt the whole day, not just what they learned.

Connections got it right. And that's exactly the kind of intel this agent lives for.
So tell me — which kind of event are you running? Bare minimum, or the kind people talk about after they leave?

When Sephora throws a party, they do not play. 💄✨

Sephoria is a full festival experience — brand education, interactive booths, live discussions, celebrity meet and greets, and enough free swag to make anyone's day. This isn't just an industry event. It's for the fans. And fans have feelings. Big ones.

That's what makes an event like this so exciting to be part of. Every booth has to earn attention. Every interactive experience has to actually be interactive. Every giveaway has to feel like it was worth the wait. Because when your audience is this passionate, "pretty good" isn't going to cut it.

The brands that showed up ready? You could tell. The ones that didn't? Also very easy to tell.

We handle the merch. We handle the experience. We make sure they say the same thing. Because at an event like Sephoria, your brand has exactly one chance to make that fan feel seen.

Sephoria 2027 is coming. Is your brand ready? 👀
