Consumer Opinion Services, a local market research firm located in Las Vegas, NV is looking for dedicated individuals who are friendly and personable to work in our recruitment center. There are immediate openings available. We conduct a variety of interesting research, primarily in the areas of Gaming, Politics, Healthcare, Legal, and Finance. We’re family oriented, flexible and will work around your schedule.

You are directly involved in helping gather the opinions that will help shape the world around us. You will conduct interviews using specific market research techniques to collect individual opinions on diverse topics, products and current events.

We have several projects coming up where reading and speaking in English/Spanish, are highly desired. Please indicate if you have bi-lingual language abilities.

Please provide a resume that includes your experience working on the telephone or with research studies in the past. You must have an articulate and understandable speaking manner to apply for this position and feel confident in your ability to conduct a very professional interview over the telephone.

We are seeking individuals with call center/ recruitment experience.

The qualified candidate will possess the following:

Associates degree or equivalent
Independent with a mature business attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to manage multiple projects and remain flexible to changing objectives
Detail oriented and highly organized
Team player in a collaborative environment
Outgoing
Experience with market research and project management is helpful
Strong organizational and communication skills are required for client services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office package, particularly PowerPoint; SPPS a plus
Bilingual (English /Spanish) preferred
Social Media| Programming experience desired, not required
