A new $70 million Asian-themed retail plaza called "Pacifica Vegas" will break ground in Las Vegas' Chinatown next summer. The 116,000-square-foot, 3-story complex will feature retail space, restaurants, entertainment, and a parking garage on 3.2 acres.

The developer hopes to finish construction by the end of 2027.
