Strong communities don’t happen by accident — they’re built by businesses, organizations, educators and individuals who show up and invest in the place they call home.

Thank you to Doing Better Business Greensburg PA , a sponsor of our 81st Annual Dinner & Awards Ceremony, for helping us celebrate those contributions and continue our work to Connect Business, Community & Education.

Doing Better Business is a locally owned, woman-owned business technology company that provides solutions for printing, document management, IT, communications, audio-visual systems, and other technologies that help organizations communicate, collaborate, automate, and grow.

It’s Dolly Parton Day! And we think the world could use a little more Dolly.

Dolly has shown us that success is even more meaningful when you use it to help others. Her Imagination Library has put millions of free books into the hands of children, helping build literacy, spark curiosity and inspire young minds to dream big.

Her example is a good reminder that we can all make a difference — through our businesses, our communities, our schools and simply by being kind.

So today’s challenge is simple: Be a little more like Dolly.

Support a local business. Encourage a young person. Give back to your community. Share your knowledge. Open a door for someone else. And, whenever you can, use what you have to make a difference.

Because when we all do our part, we create stronger businesses, stronger communities and more opportunities for everyone.

Get started by making a donation to the local partners of Dolly Parton's Imagination Library.

Donate to Latrobe here (in the memo section designate that you would like your donation to go to the Imagination Library: https://glpief.org/donate/
