Big installs require big solutions—and the right partners.

We recently completed an aerial sign installation on a high-rise in downtown Kansas City, and this one took precision, planning, and a steady hand in the sky. Partnering with Midwest Helicopter Airways, we were able to safely and efficiently set signage where traditional methods just wouldn’t cut it.

From rigging and lift coordination to final placement, every detail mattered. Projects like this are a reminder that great ex*****on isn’t just about equipment—it’s about collaboration, communication, and trusting the team around you.

When the job calls for something extraordinary, we rise to the occasion—literally. Our team recently completed the installation of a high-rise sign using a helicopter lift, carefully coordinating precision flight, rigging, and rooftop crews to place the sign safely and accurately. Projects like this require meticulous planning, experienced installers, and seamless teamwork. The result: a bold new sign installed hundreds of feet in the air, making a statement on the skyline and showcasing what’s possible when craftsmanship meets innovation.

Those living in downtown Kansas City, Missouri, got a front row seat Sunday to a new addition atop one of the city’s tallest buildings.

On Sunday morning, a cable connected to the bottom of a helicopter hoisted up a new giant “HNTB” sign.
