Here is the thing about established businesses with active marketing.

The leak is almost never where you think it is.

Last week I found two very quickly in a new strategy client’s marketing. Her content was reaching the right people. But every post was speaking to the same phase of the buyer journey, so the buyers who were already aware had nowhere to go next.

And after the occasional CTA there was nothing keeping leads warm, so the people who responded were going cold before they ever converted.

Active marketing. Real reach. Leads leaving money on the table at two different points in the journey.

This means if your content is working but the conversions are not following, the gap is almost never the content itself. It is usually what is missing around it.

The founders I work with have almost always tried to solve this before they found us.

They brought in help. It did not work the way it should have. So they pulled back, stayed more involved, and kept more decisions on their plate because at least that way things got done right.

What that experience taught them was not that delegation does not work. It taught them that ex*****on without strategic direction is not actually delegation. It is just a different kind of overhead.

A client came to Monday Revival after working with multiple social media managers who could not get it right.

There is a version of growth that feels like it should be working by now.

The business is real. The offer is solid. The revenue is there. And the next level keeps sitting just far enough out that it is hard to name exactly what is in the way.
